This page collects the notices that apply across ListingCuts.

Independent service. ListingCuts is an independent service. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any portal, platform or tool named on this site, including Zillow, Realtor.com, realestate.com.au, ImmoScout24, Zoopla, Opus Clip and CapCut. Platform names belong to their owners.

How edits are made. Transcription, edit planning and rendering are done by AI, not by a person. Review each video before you post it, and follow your brokerage and local rules on disclosure if you share AI-edited video.

What the editor can and can't do. It cuts, crops, captions, adds title and end cards, and adjusts speed and colour. It does not add objects, people, aircraft, furniture or weather, change the weather in your footage, or generate new video. An unbranded cut is made by trimming and reframing your footage, so branding burned into the original video cannot be removed from the middle of it.

Portals and MLS boards. Each portal and MLS board sets its own rules on video length, format, agent branding and who may upload, and they change. We can't guarantee that a portal or MLS will accept a file. You are responsible for meeting the rules of where you post, including fair housing rules.

Music. ListingCuts does not supply music. If you upload a track, you confirm you hold the licence to use it. Social platforms may flag unlicensed music.

What not to upload. Do not upload footage of identifiable people who have not agreed to appear, or any identifiable patient or health information. ListingCuts is not a HIPAA-compliant service.

Prices and comparisons. Competitor prices quoted on our pages are advertised prices from each vendor's own pages or published listings, checked October 2026. They change, so confirm before you buy.

Credits and refunds. If a render fails or comes out unusable, tell us and we will restore the credits. Plans can be cancelled any time from the billing portal.
