What do I upload?
Raw video from your phone or camera: a listing walkthrough, an agent intro, a market update or an open house invite. Tell us in plain words what you want.
What do I get back?
A captioned edit in the formats you ask for: 9:16 for Reels, TikTok and Shorts, 1:1 for feeds, 16:9 for YouTube, with your branding. Many MLS boards restrict agent branding in hosted video, so ask for an unbranded version if you need one and check your board's rules.
What does it cost?
You get 3 free credits on signup, no card needed. Monthly plans and one-time credit packs are shown in the app before you pay. Cancel a plan any time from the billing portal.
Is a person editing my video?
No. Transcription, edit planning and rendering are done by AI. Review every video before you post it. If you share AI-edited video, follow your brokerage and local rules on disclosure.
Does it add or change anything in the property?
No. It works only with what you filmed: cuts, captions, framing and branding.
What can't it do?
It cuts, crops, captions, adds title and end cards, and adjusts speed and colour. It cannot add objects, people, aircraft, furniture or any other new visuals to your footage, and it does not generate video. If a request needs that, ask for the closest edit using your real footage instead.
How is this different from CapCut or Opus Clip?
CapCut and similar tools are cheaper or free, and a good choice if you like editing yourself. ListingCuts is for agents who want finished formats with their branding, set up for real estate, without doing the editing. ListingCuts is not affiliated with any company named here.
What about music?
ListingCuts does not supply music. If you add a track, use only one you hold the licence for. Social platforms may flag unlicensed music.
What if a render fails?
Reply to any email from us and we will restore the credits. If the edit is just not right, ask for a revision in plain words.
Can I use it for clinic or patient videos?
Not now. Do not upload identifiable patient information. ListingCuts is not a HIPAA-compliant service.
