Privacy and data handling

What we collect. Your email, the videos you upload, the edit requests you write, and your brand kit. Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see your card number.

How footage is used. Your footage is used only to make your edits. It is stored with a cloud storage provider, sent to a speech-to-text service for transcription, and its transcript is sent to an AI model to plan the edit. We do not sell your footage or your data.

AI use. Edits are produced by AI, not by a human editor. Review every video before you publish it.

What not to upload. Do not upload footage showing identifiable people who have not agreed to appear, and never identifiable patient or health information. ListingCuts is not a HIPAA-compliant service.

Music. ListingCuts does not supply music. If you upload a track, you confirm you hold the licence to use it.

MLS and brokerage rules. You are responsible for meeting your MLS, brokerage and fair housing rules for any video you publish.

Your choices. Reply to any email from us to ask for your account and files to be deleted.
